How to Delete Your IV Hub Account
You have the right to delete your IV Hub account at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request, what data is removed, what data we are legally required to retain, and how to contact us if you need help.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your booking history, saved addresses, saved payment methods, and any unused referral rewards. If you are a Servicer with pending earnings, make sure all payouts have been processed before deleting your account.
How to Delete Your Account (In-App)
Open the IV Hub App
Launch the IV Hub or IV Hub Servicer app on your mobile device and sign in to your account.
Go to Profile Settings
Tap your profile icon or navigate to the Profile section from the main menu.
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of your profile settings and tap the "Delete Account" option.
Confirm Your Identity
You may be asked to re-enter your password or verify your identity to confirm the deletion request.
Submit the Request
Review what will be deleted and confirm. Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days.
Alternative: Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app or encounter issues with the in-app deletion flow, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly. Please send your request from the email address associated with your IV Hub account and include your registered name and a brief description of your request.

We will respond to email deletion requests and process verified requests within 30 days of receipt.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon verification of your deletion request, the following personally identifiable information will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
- Booking history and booking-related data
- Saved addresses and saved payment methods
- Health preferences and notes shared during bookings
- In-app chat messages associated with your sessions
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers
- Referral codes and reward balances
What Data We Retain
Certain data may be retained after your account is deleted, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records required for tax, audit, or legal compliance purposes
- Records needed to resolve open disputes or chargebacks
- Data that has been anonymized or aggregated (no longer personally identifiable)
- Professional licensing and onboarding records for Servicers, where required by law
- Any records we are legally obligated to retain under applicable Florida or federal law
Any retained data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. During this period, your account may be deactivated and inaccessible while the deletion process is completed. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been fully deleted.
