How to Contact Us
Option 1 — In-App Help Center (Recommended)
Both Apps include a built-in Help Center where you can browse FAQs, submit a support ticket directly from the App, track the status of an open ticket, and view replies from our support team.
Open App → Profile / Menu → Help Center
Option 2 — Email
Reach our support team directly. Please include your registered email address, a description of your issue, and any relevant booking ID or screenshot.

Option 3 — In-App Support Ticket
Within the Help Center section of both Apps, you can submit a support ticket at any time. This is the fastest way to get help because it automatically includes your account information and booking context.

Support Categories
When submitting a ticket, you can select the category that best fits your issue:

Response times are targets and may vary based on volume. Our team works to respond as quickly as possible for all inquiries.

Safety and Emergencies
Medical Emergency
If you experience a medical emergency during or after a therapy session, call 911 immediately. Do not wait to contact IV-Hub support for life-threatening situations.
For non-emergency safety concerns (e.g., inappropriate Servicer behavior, safety hazard at a location), select "Safety Concern" when submitting a support ticket or email us at support@myivhub.com. We treat all safety-related inquiries with the highest priority.
Account and Privacy Requests
For account-related requests including data access, data correction, data deletion, or to exercise any privacy right described in our Privacy Policy, please contact:
