Introduction
IV-Hub LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates two mobile applications: IV Hub (the consumer application) and IV Hub Servicer (the service provider application), collectively referred to as the "Apps." This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, protect, and share your personal information when you use either or both of our Apps. By downloading, registering for, or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps. Our Apps are currently available and operated for users located in the State of Florida, United States. All services, data processing, and operations described in this Policy apply within this geographic scope unless otherwise noted.
1. Who We Are and What We Do
IV-Hub LLC is a technology platform that connects consumers with licensed individual IV therapy service providers ("Servicers") and wellness centers ("Clinics") for mobile and in-clinic IV therapy services. The IV Hub consumer app is intended for users 16 years of age and older. The IV Hub Servicer app is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and wellness centers who are 18 years of age and older. We are the operator of both Apps and the data controller for personal information processed through our platform.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Consumer App (IV Hub)
When you use the IV Hub consumer app, we collect the following categories of information: a) Account Information — Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, date of birth, gender, and account login credentials. If you sign in using Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile information from those providers consistent with your privacy settings on those platforms. b) Booking and Order Information — Details of IV therapy sessions you book, including the therapy type, selected add-ons, booking date and time, service type (home visit or wellness center), the name and phone number of the person receiving the service (yourself or another person), and booking history including completed, missed, and cancelled appointments. c) Location Information — With your permission, we collect your precise GPS location to match you with available service providers near you, enable home-service bookings at your current or saved address, and allow real-time tracking of a Servicer traveling to your location. Location is collected only while the App is actively in use. We collect up to five saved addresses you choose to store in your profile. d) Payment Information — Credit or debit card information for processing payments. Card data is processed and stored securely by our third-party payment processor. IV-Hub does not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date on our servers. You may store up to three payment methods in your account. e) Health Preferences and Notes — Any health-related preferences, allergies, or conditions you voluntarily share when booking a session. This information is used solely to inform the Servicer assigned to your booking so they can provide appropriate care. It is not used for medical diagnosis. f) Chat Communications — In-app messages exchanged during a booking session. Chat is session-based — each booking has its own separate chat conversation. Messages are associated with the specific booking session. g) Device and Technical Information — Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push notification tokens, app version, and general app usage analytics. h) Calendar Information — With your permission, we may access your device calendar to help you manage and remember your therapy appointments. i) Referral Information — If you participate in our referral program, we collect referral codes and information about referred users to apply rewards.
2.2 Servicer App (IV Hub Servicer)

4. Health Information and HIPAA Considerations
Our platform involves the delivery of IV therapy services. In the course of using our Apps, consumers may share health-related notes or preferences with Servicers, and Servicers collect vital intake information from consumers at the start of a session. All health-related information processed through our platform is treated with a high standard of care. IV-Hub implements technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for the sensitivity of health information, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and contractual obligations on Servicers to handle consumer health data confidentially. Servicers who are covered healthcare providers and their business associates may have independent obligations under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Servicers agree, as part of their onboarding, to comply with applicable HIPAA requirements and to not disclose consumer health information to any unauthorized party. IV-Hub does not store or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA as part of a covered entity's operations. However, we implement data handling practices consistent with HIPAA Security Rule standards as a matter of good practice and platform policy.
5. Location Information
Consumer App: Location is collected only when you actively use the App. We use it to show nearby Servicers, enable home service bookings, and allow you to track an assigned Servicer. You may turn off location permissions at any time in your device settings, but this will limit certain features. Servicer App: Location is collected when the App is in use. During an active booking, the App may continue to access location in the foreground to enable tracking. We do not collect background location when the App is closed. We do not sell your precise location data. Location data is shared only with the consumer or Servicer matched in a specific booking and only to the extent necessary to complete that booking.
7. Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement the following measures: Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the Apps and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to personnel and systems that require it to perform specific functions. Secure Storage: Sensitive data including payment tokens and authentication credentials are stored using industry-standard secure storage mechanisms. Regular Assessments: We conduct periodic reviews of our security practices. No method of data transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or interests, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active on the platform, it is needed to provide you with our services, it is required to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or audit obligations, or it is needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personally identifiable information within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of your verified deletion request. Certain data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics purposes, and certain records (such as transaction history or compliance records) may be retained longer as required by applicable law.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Restriction: Request that we limit how we process your information.
- Portability: Receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing.
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent where processing is based solely on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@myivhub.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. Florida Privacy Rights
As our platform currently operates within the State of Florida, users may have rights under Florida's data privacy and consumer protection laws. These rights are consistent with the rights described in Section 9 above. Where Florida law imposes specific obligations, we will comply with those requirements.
11. Children's Privacy
The IV Hub consumer app is intended for users 16 years of age and older. The IV Hub Servicer app is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as promptly as possible. If you believe we may have collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@myivhub.com.
12. Push Notifications
Both Apps send push notifications for booking requests, confirmations, updates, and reminders; provider status updates (Servicer en route, arrived, started, completed); cancellation and rescheduling alerts; and platform announcements and promotions. You can manage notification preferences within the App settings or through your device's operating system settings. Disabling notifications may cause you to miss important booking-related updates. For Servicers, disabling notifications may affect your ability to receive and respond to booking requests in time.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Apps integrate with the following third-party services: Google Maps / Google Places for location services, address search, and navigation; Google Firebase for authentication, real-time database, file storage, and push notifications; Google Sign-In and Facebook Login as optional authentication methods; a Payment Processor for processing payments and payouts; and a Background Check Provider for Servicer identity and credential verification. These services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. IV-Hub is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
14. In-App Chat
Chat functionality within both Apps is session-based. Each booking session has its own separate chat conversation. Messages are not persistent across separate sessions. Chat data is stored for a limited period to support dispute resolution and platform safety review. We do not use chat content for advertising purposes.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email before the changes take effect. The updated Policy will be identified by a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Apps after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
